Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and identify cost variations.

Prepare tender documents, cost comparisons, and financial evaluation reports.

Conduct quantity take-offs and verify measurements for construction works.

Track material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs throughout the project.

Assess variation orders, claims, and additional works and provide cost recommendations.

Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and cash-flow projections for management.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure effective cost control.
