What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage 50, MYOB, Sage 200 or Xero.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and collaborate well with a team.
• Experience in a financial services environment is an advantage, but not essential.

Working Hours

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting operations.

You'll be working closely with our UK-based colleagues and customers in a business process outsourcing environment, giving you valuable exposure to international finance operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, issue and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage product returns and prepare credit notes according to company policies.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to pricing discrepancies and returns.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Handle credit control, prepare monthly customer statements and send payment reminders.
• Support month-end closing, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with bookkeeping, ledger updates and other accounting activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve account-related matters.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks when required.
