Job Summary

RENFOO PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist to manage shipping documentation and provide administrative support for import and export operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and processed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shipping and trade documentation.
• Handle import and export documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Check invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and related documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Follow up on missing or outstanding documentation.
• Assist with customs and shipping requirements.
• Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in shipping, import/export, logistics, or documentation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
