Demonstrate makeup application techniques and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and skin tones
Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, launches, and beauty techniques
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling
The Talent
Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty experience, preferably in makeup/cosmetics
Passionate about makeup artistry, beauty trends, and customer engagement
Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products confidently
