About the Role

Are you experienced in sea freight pricing, carrier negotiations, and trade lane management?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Pricing Analyst to support ocean freight pricing activities and procurement strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with commercial, product, and regional stakeholders to deliver competitive pricing solutions, drive business growth, and strengthen carrier partnerships within a dynamic international logistics environment. What You'll Do

Sea Freight Pricing & Trade Lane Development

• Support and execute sea freight pricing strategies across key trade lanes.
• Analyze market trends and provide valuable pricing insights to support business growth.
• Prepare and manage quotations for RFQ, RFP, and tender opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to ensure profitable pricing solutions.
• Review and validate freight rates received from overseas offices and network partners.

Carrier Procurement & Relationship Management

• Source, negotiate, and maintain competitive ocean freight rates with carriers and vendors.
• Support procurement initiatives and ensure alignment with carrier strategies.
• Participate in carrier performance reviews and vendor meetings.
• Manage capacity agreements and maintain accurate pricing databases.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Support

• Monitor market developments, carrier updates, and industry trends.
• Generate reports and share pricing intelligence with stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with regional offices, agents, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in: Sea Freight Pricing, Ocean Freight Procurement & Quotation / Tender Management
• Strong understanding of: Ocean Freight Operations, Shipping Lines & Carrier Networks, Incoterms & International Freight Forwarding Processes
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
