Job Descriptions:

* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and portion guidelines.

* Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section/station.

* Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion size.

* Prepare ingredients and conduct mise en place before service.

* Monitor food stock and inform the Head Chef of any shortages or requirements.

* Ensure proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO practices.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly and safely.

* Assist in training and guiding kitchen assistants.

* Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely food service.

* Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

* Follow company SOPs, kitchen procedures, and safety regulations.

* Assist with menu preparation, recipe testing, and new dish development when required.

* Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

* Shift rotating working hours (Including weekend and Public Holiday)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
