Requirements

·      Degreeon Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

·      Min3 years on Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry

·       Knowledgeable in Equipment Assemblyand Test, hands-on experience with manufacturing tools.

·       Equipment troubleshooting andmaintenance.

·       Data Analysis and Problem-solvingskills, 8D/5 Whys/FMEA/CAPA.

·       BOM management and technical drawinginterpretation skills

·       Advance Microsoft Office skills withgood communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

·       Primarily responsible for managingECOs for both new and existing products.

·       Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, pFMEA,and Work Instructions (WI).

·       Raise internal Engineering ChangeRequests (ECR) when required.

·       Support and drive continuous processimprovement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

·      Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, BDG, Planner, and Buyerand QA

·      Support and oversee FA (First Article) builds to ensure compliance withEngineering requirements.
