Role Description The Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end AI chatbot and LLM-based solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining solution architectures, and creating technical designs that leverage Dah Reply’s chatbot builder, generative AI, and fine-tuning capabilities. The role involves working closely with consulting, product, and software development teams to ensure seamless integration with client systems and alignment with business processes. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with customers to present solution proposals, conduct technical workshops, support proof-of-concepts, and oversee implementation quality. Continuous improvement of solution patterns, documentation, and best practices is expected, along with staying current on AI, cloud, and integration technologies relevant to the product stack.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and chatbot solutions.
• Consulting capabilities to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on Software Development experience, preferably in building APIs, web services, or AI-driven applications.
• Integration skills covering system interoperability, data flows, and connectivity with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to align technical solutions with operational workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture patterns such as microservices and event-driven design.
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, or chatbot frameworks and familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning concepts is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Malaysian market are an advantage.
