Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related issues.
• Respond to incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform service requests and system maintenance.
• Monitor systems and ensure service levels are met.
• Maintain system documentation and configurations.
• Support implementation and upgrade of client platforms.
• Assist in infrastructure projects and change management activities.
• Evaluate and recommend IT tools and solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and project teams.
• Gather infrastructure requirements and support solution implementation.
• Ensure operational standards and best practices are followed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in an IT-related discipline.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 (NITEC graduates).
• Higher NITEC graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to commit to the 2.5-year Work-Study Diploma Programme.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications and remote support.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
• Willing to complete the required healthcare vaccinations
