Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations and staff activities.
• Assign duties and monitor employees’ work performance.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and work arrangements.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on daily operational matters.
• Handle operational issues and provide solutions when required.
• Maintain proper records and prepare basic operational reports.
• Assist in training and guiding new and existing employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant supervisory or operations experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle daily operational issues and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
