What you'll be doing
Clients, communications & projects
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across media relations, influencer engagement, partnerships, events and content.
- Draft communications materials including but not limited to press releases, media pitches, presentations, briefing documents, social content and reports.
- Research, generate ideas and contribute to campaign strategies; monitor news, industry trends and cultural conversations for relevant opportunities.
- Build relationships with media, influencers and partners, representing clients and the agency with professionalism.
- Help manage day-to-day accounts - timelines, meetings, deliverables and follow-ups ; anticipating challenges and escalating appropriately.
- Take ownership of smaller projects from brief to delivery, with senior guidance.
Events & experiences
- Support the planning and execution of media events, launches and brand activations, venue sourcing, supplier coordination, guest management, RSVPs and logistics.
- Be part of the on-site team, and prepare post-event evaluations and reports.
Growth & learning
- Stay curious about brands, media, culture and consumer trends, bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
- Support new business through research, proposals and pitches when required.
- Own your development - seek feedback, learn from experienced consultants and keep building your skills.
The details
Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to two years' experience in PR, marketing, events, media, recruitment, hospitality or other client-facing roles are equally welcome.
- Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, office-based with some flexible WFH and occasional travel.
- Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Level: Junior Associate - fresh graduate to 2 years. Associate - 3+ years.
- Education: Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin an advantage.
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
- Eligibility: Malaysian, or a foreign national married to a Malaysian with a valid spousal visa. We are currently unable to sponsor employment passes.
