About the Role

Zenith Facility Services Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Pest Control / Vector Control Technician (VCT) to deliver safe and effective pest management solutions at customer sites.

This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, problem solvers, and committed to protecting public health and safety. Whether you are an experienced technician or a newly certified VCT holder, structured training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out pest control services for cockroaches, rats, mosquitoes, ants, flies, termites, and other vectors.
• Inspect premises to identify pest activity, root causes, and problem areas.
• Apply pest control treatments safely using company equipment and approved chemicals.
• Set up traps, baits, and monitoring devices to track pest activity.
• Complete clear and accurate service reports after each job.
• Provide customers with basic pest prevention advice and solutions.
• Adhere to safety standards and company work procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
• NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred (new VCT holders are welcome; training will be provided).
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/field work.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Not afraid of pests and able to handle field challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Work Arrangement

• Field-based role with travel to customer sites.
• Working hours may include early mornings or weekends, depending on customer needs.
