Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role focuses on document management, filing, record keeping, and providing administrative support for HR and crew-related matters within the marine construction industry.
Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their career in Human Resources and Administration are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize HR, administrative, and crew-related documents, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare, organize, scan, file, and archive company documents to ensure proper record management.
- Maintain and update employee and crew records, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Assist in preparing and compiling documents for internal records, audits, inspections, and submissions when required.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining crew-related documentation.
- Prepare administrative documents, reports, forms, letters, and other office documentation.
- Ensure physical and electronic filing systems are properly maintained and easily accessible.
- Support daily office administrative operations and provide general administrative assistance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with administrative experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage documents systematically and maintain proper records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
