Job Description :

• Assist in preparing tenders, quotations and cost estimation.
• Perform quantity take-offs and analyze project drawings and specifications.
• Source and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare supporting documentation and cost summaries for tender submissions.
• Work closely with senior estimators, engineers, and project managers to ensure project accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant working experience in estimating or costing (ACMV or MEP experience) will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
