The Big Group Hiring! Full Time ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 -5 year's experience in Finance department.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in full set accounting.
• Experience in cost control and outlet audit, preferably in the F&B or multi-outlet environment.
• Preferably have experience in F&B Industry.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and maintain full set accounting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management accounts..
• Reviews finance requests and purchase orders for invoices paid on time.
• Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales report, expense report and.
• Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and prepare reports on cost performance for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.

• Control and protect the BIG Group organization's assets.
• Ensures physical inventories of all supplies reported monthly; operating equipment quarterly from Outlets, Central Kitchen and Supermarket.
• Accounting procedures carried out on daily sales summary on total figures of each Outlet.
• Reconcile daily cash flow for Outlet with POS report for error-free processing.
• Establish accounting procedures for payment of utilities, rental, taxes and credit card billing.
• Verify invoices for payment of maintenance, kitchen appliances on contract, pest control service, grease trap disposal and plants.
• Reports profits and losses, safeguards capital investments and inventory.
• Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions with vendors and clients.
• Resolve any financial related issues.
• Reports to CFO and controls the internal finance and accounting system. Ensures the BIG Group of Companies in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company policies.
