VF Corporation Hiring! Full Time Analyst, Planning Operations in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Support the coordination between Global Supply Planning (GSP) and buy execution by ensuring data accuracy, system readiness support, and timely PR to PO execution within assigned scope.

Work closely with GSP teams to stay aligned with GTM calendar milestones, supporting tracking of PR to PO readiness and execution status across assigned brands or categories.

Key Area of Responsibility:

1. Data Governance & Pre-PO Readiness

• Perform data validation and pre-checks prior to PO creation in SAP ERP
• Ensure data is complete, accurate, and aligned with approved buy plans within assigned scope
• Support validation of data readiness across ERP (SAP) and planning systems (e.g., HELIX)

2. PR to PO Execution & Monitoring

• Track and support PR to PO conversion status for assigned brands
• Monitor open PRs, missing conversions, and execution gaps
• Highlight issues to manager for escalation
• Support follow-up actions to ensure timely PO creation

3. Buyer Summary Status Reporting

• Support preparation and maintenance of Buyer Summary Status Reports
• Track conversion progress, at-risk POs, and data inconsistencies
• Ensure reports are accurate and timely

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with GSP, System Ops, and stakeholders on execution status
• Support alignment with GTM calendar milestones
• Follow up on data issues and readiness gaps

5. Process Discipline & Issue Identification

• Identify and flag data inconsistencies and delays
• Escalate issues to manager
• Ensure adherence to PR to PO processes

6. Seasonal & System Readiness Tracking

• Support tracking of readiness across GTM calendar phases
• Monitor data and system readiness indicators
• Provide updates for upcoming execution cycles

Qualifications:

Technical & Systems Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and planning systems (e.g., HELIX)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting

• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Able to work with structured timelines (GTM calendar)
• Effective communication skills

Experience

• Experience in operations, planning, or data-related roles preferred
