Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, user support, hardware/software administration, network infrastructure, and IT security within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to users.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory, and equipment allocation.
• Perform user onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers.
• Assist with backups, cybersecurity controls, patching, and system updates.
• Monitor IT tickets and ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Support IT audits, compliance requirements, and security initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support users in a fast-paced environment.

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft certifications
• ITIL Foundation

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per hour
