About Us
Econos Energy Solutions is an energy efficiency and industrial automation company specializing in Variable Speed Drives (VSD - INVT), Industrial Automation and Industrial Energy Efficiency Solutions. We help industrial and commercial clients cut energy costs and modernize their operations.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven fresh graduate to join us as a Sales & Application Engineer — a hybrid role combining technical problem-solving with client-facing sales. You'll learn to identify energy-saving opportunities for clients, propose VSD and automation solutions, and support projects from proposal through to commissioning.
What You'll Do
- Cold calling to find new businesses
- Engage with clients to understand their VSD, automation and energy needs
- Prepare technical proposals and cost-saving calculations for VSD/BAS/IoT solutions
- Support site visits, energy audits, and basic system commissioning
- Coordinate between clients and our technical/engineering team
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of industrial and commercial leads
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate (Diploma/Degree) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients
- Interest in sales, energy efficiency, or industrial automation
- Willing to travel for site visits (valid driving license preferred)
- Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply — on the job training provided
- Candinate willing to push boundaries.
Highlights

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
