Working Location: Kempas, Johor

Job description:

• Monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage the scheduling of machinery and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
• Carry out site works supervision and inspection.
• Assist the Project/Construction Manager with construction equipment planning for M&E works, manpower planning, and attending meetings, etc.
• Resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
• Able to communicate in MANDARIN
• Posses CIDB certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge or experience in the high-rise building is an added advantage.
• Willing to relocated or work in Kempas

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
