Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end scalable solution architectures within the Salesforce platform that align with enterprise architectural standards.
• Custom Development: Build custom components, workflows, and logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
• Enterprise Integrations: Design and configure integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), and ETL tools.
• Governance & Best Practices: Set enterprise code standards, govern platform limits, enforce data security models, and oversee deployment release management.
• Technical Steering: Review technical design documents, perform code reviews, and guide developers/consultants through execution.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application / System Architect or Platform Developer II.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD tools (Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset).
• Proven experience in large-scale data migration and complex integration patterns.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
