Job Title: Content Creator
[FULL TIME POSITION]

About the Role

We are looking for a creative yet disciplined Content Creator to join our team. This is a professional, growth-oriented role — not a casual posting job.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing strategic content that reflects our brand standards, attracts the right audience, and drives business growth. We value individuals who combine creativity with structure, consistency, and a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand identity and business goals
• Shoot and edit photos/videos with attention to quality and detail
• Write captions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand tone
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on insights
• Stay updated with trends and adapt them strategically (not blindly following trends)
• Collaborate with the team to highlight services, promotions, and brand stories

Assessment Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a content-based assessment/skill test:

• Create a minimum of 3 content pieces for CelebKitty

Content should reflect:

• Creativity and originality
• Understanding of our brand identity and target audience
• Quality of visuals (shooting & editing)
• Clarity and effectiveness of messaging

Outcome:

• Candidates whose content meets our standards will be offered a probationary position
• This assessment allows us to fairly evaluate real skills, not just portfolios
