Job Title: Café Staff / BaristaJob Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Café Staff to support daily café operations. The role involves preparing beverages, maintaining service quality, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash / POS system)
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and seating areas
• Assist in food preparation (if applicable) and ensure food safety standards are followed
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking
• Handle customer feedback or complaints in a professional manner
• Support opening and closing duties of the café

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience in café, F&B, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred (training can be provided)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
