Position: Cloud Administrator & Support - Network

Level: Middle - Senior

Working model: Fulltime | Standard Working Hours

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, deploy, operate, and maintain multi-cloud network infrastructure across the environment.
• Validate and troubleshoot on-premises-to-cloud connectivity to ensure reliable, secure links.
• Optimize network resources for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Manage network backup processes to support recovery of network configurations.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and exercises for network infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain network security controls in line with compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Proven experience administering multi-cloud or hybrid network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network security, connectivity validation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with network backup, DR planning, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with networking across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or cloud networking certifications (e.g., AWS
• Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
