Position: Cloud Administrator & Support - Infrastructure, Servers, OS, Storage & Backup

Level: Middle - Senior

Working model: Fulltime | Rotation Basis (Standard Working Hours & Standby Hours)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Perform compute and hosting setup, including provisioning of virtual machines and related

resources.

* Carry out service installation and configuration for infrastructure, server, and OS-level

components.

* Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

for cloud resources.

* Configure and maintain Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments and network security

settings.

* Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

* Set up and maintain common shared services used across the cloud environment.

* Perform environment setup for new deployments and support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.

* Participate in a rotation/standby schedule to provide extended coverage beyond standard working

hours.

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Experience administering server infrastructure, operating systems, storage, and backup solutions

in a cloud environment.

* Working knowledge of IAM/RBAC configuration and VPC/network security fundamentals.

* Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery testing procedures.

* Willingness to work on a rotation/standby basis, including outside standard working hours.

* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Preferred certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure

Administrator Associate.
