Role Description
We're looking for an Operations Intern to assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks under supervision. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how a growing SaaS company runs from HR coordination to vendor communication to general business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks across HR and operations
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
• Help organize and maintain operational records
• Assist with basic recruitment coordination tasks (scheduling, tracking applicants)
• Support light vendor/client communication under guidance
• Assist with general office/team operations tasks as needed
• Take on small, defined projects to build practical operations experience

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Proactive, able to take initiative and manage tasks independently once trained
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship, onsite
• Possess driving license and able to travel to our office in Sunway Citrine Hub
• Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new tools quickly, including:
• Microsoft Teams (communication and collaboration)
• Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Task/project management boards (e.g. Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic tracking)
