A Successful Financial Controller Should Have
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Strong business partnering skills is required for this role.
- Experience in managing financial audits and liaising with auditors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 162,000 to MYR 198,000.
