Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The role involves answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing professional front-line support to internal teams and external partners. The Administrative Assistant will prepare documents, reports, and presentations, assist with data entry and filing, and support executives with administrative tasks as needed. This position requires close collaboration with team members to ensure smooth office workflows and consistent administrative support across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership teams.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional demeanor when engaging with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email), and basic data entry and reporting skills.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in energy, engineering, or industrial services, is beneficial.
