Job Scope
- Software & Service Engineering (~80% Focus): Design, write, and maintain clean, production-grade Python code (primarily Django; FastAPI/Flask) to power cloud web services, REST APIs, and internal automation tools.
- Cloud Architecture & IaC (~20% Focus): Architect and build scalable, resilient cloud platform services on Microsoft Azure (with secondary support on GCP) using Terraform Cloud.
- AI Infrastructure & Agentic Workflows: Develop and integrate AI-assisted development tools, agentic workflows, chatbots, NPC servers, and custom skills to streamline engineering processes.
- Platform Ownership: Act as an internal "Product Owner" for cloud capabilities, managing cloud platform services end-to-end-from design and execution to operations and continuous enhancement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate business goals into clear technical specifications, driving self-service features and improving the overall developer experience.
Technical Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of software and cloud engineering experience.
- Python Mastery: Proven expertise in building web development projects and REST APIs using Python (Django preferred; Flask or FastAPI accepted).
- Cloud Engineering: Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (GCP experience is a secondary plus).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deep familiarity with Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
- AI Infrastructure: Practical experience or research interest in AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, chatbots, NPC servers, and custom skills.
- Modern Cloud Stack: Working knowledge of Kubernetes, internal developer platforms, and cloud/web service architecture.
