We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Agile Residences, Bukit Bintang (5-minute walk from TRX MRT Station)
Salary: RM3,500 per month
️ Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

We're looking for a proactive and well-organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a Risk Management Consultancy.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations while working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments and schedules.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with clients and business partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports and business documents.
• Support business operations and special projects.
• Provide general administrative and executive support.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
Well-organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
