Role

This role supports marketing and business initiatives by extracting and managing data, performing performance analyses, and developing automated Power BI dashboards to deliver accurate, actionable business insights.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Reporting
• Assist in campaign performance analysis and post-campaign reporting.
• Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist to update recurring reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis to support marketing initiatives.
• Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
• Support development and enhancement of dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Create visualizations to present business performance and campaign insights.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Document dashboard logic, metrics definitions, and reporting requirements.
• Data Management & Automation
• Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation activities.
• Support SQL scripting for data extraction and analysis.
• Participate in automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
• Validate datasets across multiple platforms and databases.
  
  

About You

1 .Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Related disciplines:

• Data Analytics
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Phyton is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to adapt and thrive in fast-changing environment.
