Location: Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Maluri （5mintues to MRT Maluri）

Employment Type: Contract (Renew year by year)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: RM4000 - 6000

Job Responsibilities

• Handle 360 recruitment, from manpower planning, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment channels, candidate pipelines and talent pools for different business functions.
• Drive Employer Branding, university partnerships, internship programmes and career fair initiatives.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and related HR documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee relations matters.
• Prepare warning letters, internal memos, and other HR documents.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience in HR Generalist or a related HR role.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment law.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up on tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems will be an advantage.
