Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report project site progress and updates to the Project Manager.
- Manage daily site activities, manpower planning, and coordination with workers, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and main contractors.
- Supervise site works to ensure compliance with company standards, quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Monitor cable/material usage, stock control, wastage reduction, and verify material deliveries.
- Coordinate site documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection forms, testing records, and project submissions.
- Prepare sample boards, catalogues, and necessary documents for consultant/client approval.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and handing-over processes.
- Monitor project progress, defects rectification, and provide updates for claims and variation orders (VO).
- Prepare and support client/subcontractor claims and quantity measurements.
- Coordinate Borang A and authority submission requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.
