Position Summary:

Info-Tech System Integrators (M) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Info-Tech Academy in Malaysia and is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI Trainer to join our team. If you enjoy sharing knowledge, developing learning content, and helping others embrace Artificial Intelligence, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions on AI-related topics and applications.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, presentations, learning guides, and hands-on exercises.
• Conduct practical demonstrations of AI tools and technologies to help learners apply AI effectively in their daily work.
• Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep training content updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and customise learning programmes.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-related workshops, seminars, and training events.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in delivering training, coaching, lecturing, or facilitating learning programmes.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Experience in prompt engineering and practical AI applications is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging AI technologies.
• Professional certification in training (e.g. HRD Corp Accredited Trainer or Train-the-Trainer certification) will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
