Our client, a fast-growing technology infrastructure and engineering solutions provider, is looking for a Network Engineer to join its Singapore team. The company supports enterprise and large-scale technology customers across Singapore and Southeast Asia, with a growing regional presence.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience across enterprise networking, security, storage and HCI in real customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network deployment, configuration, migration, testing and cutover for customer project
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting
• Monitor network performance and diagnose network/infrastructure issues
• Support technical POCs, solution testing and project implementation
• Work closely with customers, project managers and engineering teams throughout project delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and support customer handover and knowledge transfer

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates with strong networking fundamentals are welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience is advantageous
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, WLAN and network security
• Exposure to STP, LACP, OSPF, VRRP, VXLAN, firewalls, virtualisation, storage or HCI is a plus
• Python or Ansible knowledge is an added advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, as the role supports Mandarin-speaking customers and engineering team
• Comfortable with customer-site work and occasional travel
