Executive Assistant
About the Role
Our client, a well-established company in Singapore, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. This role is ideal for an experienced EA professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and managing confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and daily scheduling.
- Manage and prioritise appointments, ensuring effective time management and smooth execution of business activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and business correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and integrity.
- Support business meetings, corporate events and client engagements.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations and administrative reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Experience supporting C-level executives, Managing Directors or senior leaders will be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
