Job Description

Responsibilities

M&E FACILITIES ENGINEER
Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced M&E Facilities Engineer to support the technical management of a major IFM contract covering advanced automated and multi-tenanted warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor M&E maintenance activities across the facilities.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and related building systems.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
  • Review equipment condition, maintenance reports and technical findings.
  • Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers.
  • Troubleshoot recurring M&E problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor work orders, PM compliance, SLA/KPI performance and outstanding works.
  • Support equipment reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare technical reports, quotations and improvement proposals.
  • Support emergency response and major maintenance activities.
  • Ensure works comply with approved SOPs, HSE and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' relevant M&E/facilities experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor or MNC facilities is preferred.
  • Good technical troubleshooting and contractor management skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination and reporting abilities.
  • Relevant technical competency certification is an advantage.
