Donutes Coffee & Bakery Hiring! Full Time Operations Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

The incumbent is responsible in supervising daily operations of Donutes Coffee & Bakery Outlets and develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. The person is expected to address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion, supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.

• Responsible in assisting the Outlet Managers within their specified areas in daily operations.
• Maintain positive company morale and cultivate an efficient operation team of Donutes Coffee & Cake Baking
• Provide guidance to Outlet Managers in planning of all outlet operations with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and superior customer service to generate sales and a positive environment within the outlet.
• Represent Donutes Coffee and Cake Baking in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the General Manager
• Accountable in all areas specify in Manager’s visit log for all outlets under his/her jurisdiction.
• Monitoring and managing sales growth within their areas, assisting the Outlet Managers on achieving their sales plans.
• Monitoring controllable store expenses for profitability.
• Responding pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Maintain an efficient and smooth operation and work environment by analyzing business results and market situations, auditing and assessing outlet performance and enforcing health and safety rules.
• Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Interviewing and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring adequate manpower by for existing and future stores.
• Adhering to all counseling and discipline procedures.
• Provide assistance in developing potential Outlet Manager, Assistant Managers and Management Trainees through appropriate delegation and development plans.
• Continuing educate all managers on products and services.

Summary of Experience

• 3 - 5 years working experience in F&B, hospitality and/or retail industry.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
• Experience in analysing financial reports

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Energetic and result oriented.
• A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
• Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
