Job descriptions:-

• Oversee the financial management and reporting activities of the company.
• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Monitor budget performance and expenditure, and prepare quarterly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Review standard costing methodologies and ensure the accuracy of inventory costing.
• Monitor and review cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and Withholding Tax.
• Review the submission of e-Invoices and ensure the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing Documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external and internal auditors throughout the audit process.
• Organize and participate in Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Monthly Operations Meetings, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, costing, taxation, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, costing, and auditing.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
