VE Hotel & Residence Hiring! Full Time Sales Manager (Corporate Proactive) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,100 - Ricebowl

THE JOBSCOPE:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for room bookings, packages, and group events.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to promote the hotel.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost hotel visibility and sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and reports on sales performance.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to represent the hotel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably in rooms, corporate, or group sales.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, room sales, and event services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM6,100.00 per month
