Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth movement of goods and materials. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics activities.
• Monitor transportation arrangements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and project teams regarding delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents, records, and reports.
• Track shipment progress and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and movement of goods/materials.
• Ensure proper documentation for delivery orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Support warehouse and operations teams when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Working Hours:

• 12 hours per day.
• 6 working days per week.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or coordination roles is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Willing to work extended hours and support operational requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
