Location: Ara Damansara LRT Station
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri, OT provided

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates (taking off) and project budgets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage costs and data.
• Help measure and value construction site work.
• Review drawings and tender documents.
• Assist with sub-contractor claims and payments.
• Keep accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, formatting).
• Good comfort level working with numbers.
• Strong attention to detail.
