Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Primary Skill:

• have experience as a manual and automation test engineer with hands-on experience in automating all stages of the software development lifecycle
• have experience with creating automation test scripts for web and API using frameworks and tools, like Playwright, Specflow, Postman, JMeter, JUnit, NUnit
• have knowledge in tools enabling CI/CD, such as Jenkins , Azure DevOps, Git
• preferably have scripting experience using Python, pytest-bdd and pandas dataframe
• have ability to understand complex applications, which often includes testing with understanding of the product domain and engineering knowledge
• or
• ability to apply business context to automation strategies, ensuring that validation logic aligns with industry-specific requirements is a plus

Role Summary:
Test Automation Engineer to support the Value Optimization Engine team to maintain quality build, performing necessary types of testing for each release. Increasing test coverage, reducing number of manual test cases, and increate automation testing.

• working with developers and engineers to maintain quality build, performing necessary types of testing for each release
• increasing test coverage, reducing number of manual test cases, and increate automation testing
• changing the way of release by delivering automation in software release process in EPC DT
• setup environment and deployment for system and integration testing that will be used by multiple teams, and developing a pipeline standard where they are able to be deployed to new project

Technical / Functional Skills:

• strategizing and evolving software testing approach from waterfall to in-sprint agile testing
• ensuring the integrity of financial calculations and the stability of engineering tools

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
