• Handle the full set of accounts, including day-to-day accounting operations.
• Perform monthly account closing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review cost reports, including sales, labour, material variances, and manufacturing department expenses.
• Monitor cash flow, follow up on overdue receivables, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.
• Responsible for timely submission and payment of statutory requirements.
• Manage petty cash accounts and process staff claims.
• Manage client billing, invoicing, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage the e-Invoicing system and processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, notes to the accounts, cash flow projections, fixed asset registers, SST submissions, tax filings, and other reports for management, statutory, and external reporting purposes.
• Liaise with business units, external and internal auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and other assignments as required by management.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet critical deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of AutoCount and UBS accounting systems will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
• Working day : 5 days ( 8.00am - 5.00pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
