Responsibilities
Key requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computing/IT or related with 1-2 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing, Windows operating systems, and hardware support.
- to be able to understand shop floor functionality
- troubleshoot issues related to configuration and system based on mfg feedback
- ability to work under pressure
- constantly monitor and track system stability and compile reports
- able to work shift and on weekends to support
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
