At Nolek, we specialize in advanced industrial measurement and leak testing solutions. We’re expanding and looking for passionate Mechanical Designers to drive innovation and take ownership of real-world projects.

Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have prior experience, you’ll benefit from our 3–6 month intensive training program in Production & Engineering, designed to give you a strong foundation and accelerate your career.

1. Mechanical Design & Development

• Responsible for mechanical design of equipment and systems.

2. Project Execution

• Handle and complete project modifications to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Proactively report project issues or delays to the Mechanical Lead and Project Manager.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions.

3. Technical & Production Support

• Assist Production Department with assembly, debugging, installation, and after-sales services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Assist in maintaining mechanical design standards within the department.

4. Customer Engagement & Travel

• Attend project discussions and gather technical information, including overseas travel when required.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop design solutions that meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Perform detailed design according to project requirements and departmental standards.
• Prepare and explain machine drawings, functions, and key technical points before assembly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Preferred skills: Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD design software.

Familiarity with leak testing processes is an added advantage.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
