• Process payment entries for cash, card and online transactions; perform reconciliation and bank-in processes; manage cash collection across branches; resolve payment variances.
• Act as the key AR contact for clinical/branch operations, including payment methods, merchant terminal processes, payment verification, operational support and refunds.
• Prepare accurate sales reconciliations for cash, card and online transactions; monitor variances and ensure timely resolution with proper supporting documentation.
• Monitor and review daily unsettled VN transactions across Salam Alliance Group branches; liaise with Branch Managers on resolution and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Record outreach sales accurately, ensure reports are submitted within deadlines, perform payment reconciliation and manage outreach-related financial matters.
• Support submission of e-invoices for sales transactions, including Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN), through the accounting system/MyTax portal; provide backup support for consolidated e-invoice submissions in CMS.
• Prepare pre-audit documents and reports, respond to audit queries, provide supporting documents and ensure proper filing in accordance with SOPs and audit requirements.
• Communicate with auditors, Branch Managers, departments, teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth AR operations.
• Propose and implement at least one process improvement annually and participate in implementation/training of new payment methods or applications.
• Work independently with accountability for assigned subsidiaries and perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior or Management.

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent/higher qualification.
• Experience in using SQL Accounting System.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Preferably at least 1 year of professional experience in: Accounting; or Accounts Receivable /related accounting role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
