We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our people strategies, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of human resources functions, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, compliance, and workforce development.

This role requires a strong people leader who can work closely with management and department heads to build a positive workplace culture while supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and industrial relations matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor workplace health, safety, and employee welfare standards.
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support talent development, employee retention, motivation, and overall employee experience.
  • Manage HR reporting, HRIS, payroll processes, and related administrative functions.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and department leaders.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour practices, and industrial relations.
  • Experience managing HR functions within automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
