Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Desa Cemerlang. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records to support project timelines and operational needs. The Procurement Executive will evaluate supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Daily tasks also include analyzing purchasing data, supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including procurement workflows and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience preparing and managing purchase orders and related documentation.
• Demonstrated purchase management skills, including cost control, negotiation, and supplier evaluation.
• Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, compare quotations, and support decision-making.
• Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and procurement or ERP systems.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Desa Cemerlang, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or energy-efficiency sectors is an advantage.
