Company Description JS Valuers Property Consultants Group is an established property consultancy firm registered under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA). The group operates eleven offices across Malaysia, providing comprehensive valuation and property advisory services. The firm is recognized for professional standards, regulatory compliance, and market knowledge in the real estate sector. Role Description The Valuation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgetown. The Valuation Executive will conduct property inspections, gather and verify data, and prepare valuation reports. Daily tasks include analyzing market information, reviewing legal and planning documents, and applying appropriate valuation methodologies. The role involves liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and clarify valuation-related matters. The Valuation Executive will also support senior valuers, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and maintain accurate records for audit and documentation

purposes.



Qualifications

  • Ability to perform property inspections, collect on-site data, and document property conditions thoroughly.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, comparable sales, rental data, and apply valuation methods accurately.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear, structured valuation reports and related documentation using office software tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, authorities, and internal teams professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and commitment to professional and regulatory compliance (including BOVAEA requirements).
  • Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Valuation, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple assignments, and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for property inspections, when required.
