An interim HR Assistant is required for a 4-month assignment offering S$3,000 to S$3,800 monthly to support core HR operations and payroll processing.

• Execute day-to-day HR support duties including record maintenance and documentation filing.

• Perform monthly payroll calculations and ensure accurate employee disbursements using internal administrative software.

• Manage data generation tasks to keep internal personnel systems up to date.

• Assist with routine administrative workflows and operational tasks across the HR function.

• Support ongoing department initiatives to maintain consistent HR service delivery.

skills and experience required.

• Prior working experience in HR administrative operations and basic payroll calculation functions.

• Practical familiarity with HR management software systems and payroll processing tools.

• Strong proficiency in data generation, administrative file management, and routine operational workflows.

• Capability to manage structured task assignments effectively within an interim timeframe.
